I telephoned the service provider and spoke with Daniel for a quote on the installation of this Ring product. I explained to him that I wanted use this product with my existing mechanical chime. Daniel explained that he was very familiar with the Ring Doorbell Pro, having installed it previously and offered to visit my home to look at my existing setup to provide a quote. Daniel promptly came over to my home at the agreed time and date and after looking at the existing doorbell system explained how the Ring product could be installed, together with providing a competitive quote. He was professional, knowledgable, friendly and courteous which gave me confidence in his service and solution. The installation was carried out smoothly with the added benefit of using the Ring Chime as an additional one to the mechanical chime I had connected to the Ring doorbell.
