I telephoned the service provider and spoke with Daniel for a quote on the installation of this Ring product. I explained to him that I wanted use this product with my existing mechanical chime. Daniel explained that he was very familiar with the Ring Doorbell Pro, having installed it previously and offered to visit my home to look at my existing setup to provide a quote. Daniel promptly came over to my home at the agreed time and date and after looking at the existing doorbell system explained how the Ring product could be installed, together with providing a competitive quote. He was professional, knowledgable, friendly and courteous which gave me confidence in his service and solution. The installation was carried out smoothly with the added benefit of using the Ring Chime as an additional one to the mechanical chime I had connected to the Ring doorbell. I called Lewin Electrical Services to enquire about having a home car charger fitted. Daniel came round the following day and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very quick to send a quote and arrange a date to install the charger. Daniel fitted the charger as arranged but we had issues with setting it up online, which were completely out of his control, he spent extra time trying to rectify the problem. This included returning after he had contacting the company that had supplied the charger. He is obviously very conscientious.. I would have no hesitation in using his services again or recommending Lewin Electrical Services.
