- Call Out charge covers travel to and from your property along with the 1st hour on site, excluding any materials that maybe required to complete works, Any additional hours after the 1st hour will be charged accordingly depending on the time of day the call out is
- All materials supplied and fitted by Lewin Electrical Services Limited will be charged at trade plus 30%
- Warranty will only provided on products supplied by Lewin Electrical Services Limited
- All labour will be charged at plus VAT at 20%

- All domestic residential EICR’s are valid for 10 year’s maximum
- All landlord residential EICR’s are valid for 5 year’s maximum
- All EICR’s are to be completed by a Competent Electrician
- All EICR Certificates will be charged at £30.00
- All EICR Charges will be charged plus VAT at 20%

- All commercial EICR’s are valid for 5 year’s maximum
- Emergency lighting should be tested on a Monthly basis with a Full 3 hour drain down test once yearly
- Fire alarm’s should be tested on a Monthly basis
- Portable Appliance Testing should be carried out on a yearly basis
- All certificates will be charged at £30.00
- All charges will be charged plus VATat 20%
Payment Methods
- BAC’s Electronic Payments – Our bank account details will be issued to you via our Invoice on completion of works
- Credit/Debit Card Payments – All card payments will be taken directly by Electrician via Card Reader on completion of works
- Cheque Payments – All Cheque payable to “Lewin Electrical Services Limited”
